Color24-Name names a function, with lambda list (COLOR):
Given COLOR, return the name or hex string for it.
If COLOR is a named color in TOOTSVILLE +COLOR24-VALUES+, returns its name. Otherwise, returns the 6-digit hex value, as per HTML or CSS.
